Here you will find everything you need to know about your stay at Berg'k'hof Kaisertal, your mountain hotel in the heart of the car-free Kaisertal Nature Reserve in Tyrol.



Arrival & Departure

  • Check-in: Rooms are generally available from 3:00 PM. Arrival is possible until 9:00 PM.
  • Check-out: Until 11:00 AM. Public areas may continue to be used afterwards.
  • If you arrive early or depart later, luggage storage is available.
  • Luggage transfer: Drop-off at Fürhölzl 5, 6341 Ebbs/Eichelwang. Cost: €10 per room and one-way transfer.


Bathrobes

  • For environmental reasons, bathrobes are not provided as standard.
  • Bathrobes can be rented for €10 per stay.
  • Hand towels and bath towels are provided upon arrival.
  • Fresh towels are available upon request.


Bicycles

  • Cycling is not permitted within the Kaisertal Valley.


Breakfast on the Mountain

  • We gladly accept all "Breakfast on the Mountain" vouchers issued by the Tyrolean tourism associations.
  • All vouchers are accepted regardless of issue date, expiry date, or voucher value.
  • Known voucher values include €12, €14 and €16, all of which can be redeemed with us.
  • Vouchers may be used daily during breakfast service.
  • Enjoy a rich breakfast buffet featuring regional specialities, homemade delicacies and local products surrounded by the breathtaking mountain scenery of the Kaisertal Valley.
  • Table reservations are highly recommended, especially on weekends and public holidays.


Dining Hours

  • Breakfast Buffet: 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM
  • Lunch Menu: 11:30 AM - 3:30 PM
  • Dinner Menu: 5:30 PM - 8:00 PM
  • Two dinner seating times are available.
  • Please reserve your table in advance.


Dogs

  • Dogs are welcome upon request.
  • A one-time final cleaning fee of €30 per dog applies.


Drinks & Snacks

  • Our self-service bar is available 24 hours a day.
  • A variety of drinks and snacks are available.
  • Please record all items taken on the list provided.


Guest Card

  • Your KufsteinerlandCard will be sent digitally via email.
  • The card includes many benefits and discounts throughout the region.


Parking

  • Please use the public hiking car park in Eichelwang.
  • Parking fee: €6 per calendar day.
  • The private parking area at Basislager Harmonie is not suitable for overnight stays.


Sauna

  • Open daily from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM free of charge for hotel guests.
  • Additional sauna towels are available upon request.


Spring Water

  • All drinking water comes directly from our own Kaisertal mountain spring.
  • Fresh drinking water is available free of charge.
  • Regular monitoring ensures excellent water quality.


Wi-Fi

  • Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

Yoga

  • Complimentary for hotel guests.
  • Every Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday at 8:45 AM.
  • In good weather, classes take place on the terrace overlooking the Wilder Kaiser mountains.
